Cisco Unified CM
Call detail records (CDR) and quality records (CMR) delivered continuously over SFTP. The cluster configuration is read in read-only mode to recognise phones, trunks, queues and voicemail.
CDR · CMR · read-only AXLXO Analytics collects call records from Cisco Unified CM and Webex Calling, correlates them and turns them into dashboards, reports, costs and alerts. On your own servers: your call data never leaves your network.
Cisco Unified CM and Webex Calling deliver their calls through different paths. XO Analytics brings them together: same indicators, same screens, one source at a time or all at once.
Call detail records (CDR) and quality records (CMR) delivered continuously over SFTP. The cluster configuration is read in read-only mode to recognise phones, trunks, queues and voicemail.
CDR · CMR · read-only AXLEvery call is correlated, classified — inbound, outbound, internal — and linked to its site and to the person involved. Every screen reads this same model.
One definition per indicatorCall records retrieved through the Webex API. Locations, numbers, call queues and hunt groups are synchronised automatically.
Webex API · automatic syncEach indicator has exactly one definition, shared by the screen, the report and the export. Verification tools check it against the raw data.
Installed on your Windows servers with PostgreSQL. The console is served by your own server and loads nothing from the Internet.
Administrator, editor and viewer roles, scheduled deliveries, e-mail alerts and an activity log.
Interface and e-mails in English and French. Your installation's time zone, and each site's local time.
Modules that share the same data and the same definitions: a number on screen is the same number in Monday's report.
75 ready-made cards: volumes, answer rate, durations, costs, quality, queues, data health. Build your own dashboards with drag and drop.
A report builder and 13 templates. Schedule e-mail deliveries at the pace that suits you, as PDF, Excel, CSV or HTML.
Meet the assistantDescribe the report you want in one sentence: the assistant builds it, checks it against your data, and you decide.
Service level, waiting time, abandonment and agents, measured visit by visit in every queue and hunt group.
MOS score and concealment ratio, call by call on Cisco Unified CM, to spot the sites and devices that degrade audio.
The cost of every call from your carrier rate plans, split by cost centre and closed every month.
14 detectors, tracked cases, governed exceptions and e-mail alerts.
Peak concurrent calls and erlang load, to size your channels on facts.
Every call linked to the right person, from the directory, the devices and the numbers. Numbers claimed by several people are flagged, and your decisions stay reversible.
Days and months are cut in your installation's time zone; each site keeps its local time, detected from the platform or declared by you.
Ask your question as you would ask a colleague. The assistant builds the report from the product's columns, runs a dry run to check that it returns data, then shows it to you. Apply it, adjust it or go back: nothing is saved without you.
A call answered by the platform is not a call served by an agent. XO Analytics measures every visit to a queue or hunt group — waiting, ringing, outcome, agent — and computes the service level from what actually happened.
Your carrier rate plans apply to every call that leaves for the public network. Each cost line keeps its rule, its price and its increments; the coverage view explains every call left unpriced and what to do about it.
Risky destinations, premium numbers, call bursts, out-of-hours activity, concurrent channels, wangiri callbacks… Each detection opens a tracked case, with its evidence, its owner and its history.
The XO Analytics service runs around the clock on your server. The web console is available to the whole team, with nothing to install on workstations.
Call records arrive continuously: SFTP delivery from Cisco Unified CM, polling of the Webex Calling API.
Every call is correlated, classified and linked to its site and its person. Platform configuration is kept in sync.
Dashboards, reports, costs, queues and alerts in a single web console — or straight into your inbox.
XO Analytics is installed on your premises. You stay in charge of the data, the access and the updates.
Windows Server 64-bit, with PostgreSQL supplied by the installer or your existing server.
Served by your own server, loading nothing from the Internet.
Administrator, editor, viewer: every screen enforces the rights of the signed-in account.
Credentials for the platforms, the database and e-mail are encrypted by Windows, never stored in clear text.
Activity is logged, and that log cannot be erased from the console.
A full, portable backup protected by a passphrase, restorable on another server.
Off by default and switched on by your administrator; it never reads your calls.
For a server without Internet access, the licence is exchanged by file.
A line counts as soon as it appears in at least one call during the month — queues, voicemail and unanswered calls included — and only once, even when it appears in several forms.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CDR and CMR records delivered over SFTP, configuration read in read-only mode) and Webex Calling (API). Imagicle Queue Manager queues connected to Cisco Unified CM are rebuilt from call records. Sources can be combined in a single installation.
Not to operate: the console is served by your own server and loads nothing from the Internet. Webex collection naturally goes through the Webex API. The licence is checked periodically with our server, or by file exchange on an isolated network.
In your PostgreSQL database, on your servers. Call data is never sent to us.
A 64-bit Windows server. The installer supplies PostgreSQL, or uses your existing server. The service runs continuously; the console opens in a web browser.
No. The assistant is optional and off by default. It receives your question and the list of available columns, never call data; phone numbers and e-mail addresses are masked before anything is sent.
Once installed, you request the trial from the Licence page of the console: 30 days, no line limit, every screen included.
The interface and the e-mails are available in English and French, chosen by each user. Each installation computes in its own time zone, and each site can have its own.
By active line: a number of your dial plan that appears in at least one call during the month. It counts once, even when it appears both in short form and in international form.
